Course Overview
This is a one-day training course tailored for beginners to learn the basics of Microsoft Word 365. During our training, participants learn through a series of easy to follow instructions, hands-on activities and real-life scenarios delivered by Microsoft Word experts. We provide all the necessary equipment and keep our class sizes at a minimum so that all students receive dedicated attention.
Throughout the course, you’ll learn how to get started with Microsoft Word and navigate your way around the Word system to create new documents, work within documents, cut, copy and paste text, format fonts, format paragraphs, create lists and tabs, customise page layouts, create PDF documents, switch between documents, print documents and get help.
All students who successfully complete this course receive a certificate of completion for their hard work, along with a comprehensive course guide you can work through at home. Raising the Bar also provides 12 months of helpful email and phone support if you need further assistance once the course is over. You’ll also gain the skills required to proceed to one of our more advanced Microsoft Word courses if you want to expand your proficiency even further.
